The new LoungeNet from Austrian Airlines

Passengers can now use the new digital service LoungeNet in the Austrian Airlines lounges at Vienna Airport. After accessing the lounge Wi-Fi, the Austrian LoungeNet portal opens and provides information about the lounge, the printing service, Austrian FlyNet, fly & buy in-flight sales, DO & CO à la carte, in-flight entertainment and other services. Austrian Airlines customers can also use LoungeNet to access a large selection of eJournals and individual travel guides.

The heart of the portal is the flight number box at the top of the homepage. As soon as a passenger enters the flight number, a separate field appears, clearly visible in Austrian Red, providing information on destination, departure time and gate. The background image and the information in the travel guide automatically adapt to the passenger’s destination.

LoungeNet can only be accessed via the Wi-Fi in the Austrian lounges at Vienna Airport.
