The close cooperation of Singapore Airlines with Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS offers a wide selection of flight connections from the European airports to Singapore and further attractive destinations in South-East Asia and the South-West Pacific region. From October 2017 a total of 45 direct connections are available every week via Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich and Dusseldorf to Singapore.
Starting in the 2018 summer timetable, Lufthansa is reinstating the Munich–Singapore connection and, in addition, providing five weekly nonstop connections with Singapore Airlines.
The expanded route network and the seamless connecting flights offer attractive options for reaching numerous business destinations quickly and conveniently. Together with their regional subsidiary SilkAir, Singapore Airlines provides a substantial route network, enabling excellent connecting flights with over 100 connections from the Asian metropolis.
Thanks to the short transfer times, you can fly to Australian cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth via the Singapore hub in a time-saving and convenient way. Cairns and Darwin are served by SilkAir. It is anticipated that further destinations in Indonesia and Malaysia will be included in the route network.
In future, as a corporate or private customer, you can coordinate intercontinental travel even better to suit your individual needs and fully enjoy the advantage of this strong partnership: your benefits in the context of the cooperation include optimisation of joint fare options and services. Profitable advantages can thus be expected in the jointly coordinated corporate bonus and frequent flyer programmes within the airline partnership. On-going further development in other areas, e.g. ground procedures, passenger and baggage handling, as well as improvements in infrastructure, will be dealt with jointly.
