Millions of German service industry customers always have the most comprehensive range of services to hand – via an app on their smartphone. The business magazine FOCUS MONEY and DEUTSCHLAND TEST, together with Statista, put the apps of 40 companies from different sectors to the test in a large-scale comparative study. And top of the winners’ list came Lufthansa in 1st place and Eurowings in 3rd place!
The apps of both airlines have achieved a fantastic result: on a rating scale of 1 (very bad) to 4 (very good), Lufthansa attained a result of 3.17 and Eurowings got a score of 3.04. The Lufthansa app ranks first both in the ‘passenger transportation’ sector survey and in overall ranking, closely followed by Eurowings. The applications excel in particular in their user-friendliness and range of functions.
Thanks to these free apps, as a Lufthansa or Eurowings passenger you can book and plan your trip on the move – as quickly and simply as possible. In future, the apps will also be continuously developed according to your needs. Both apps can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
