For visitors of the ‘Messe Frankfurt’ the departure day will be more relaxed and less stressful. Check-in and baggage drop-off can now be done directly at the trade fair. This exclusive service is available to Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian and Brussels Airlines passengers. This way you can travel to the airport without baggage and go directly to your departure gate – at the end of an exhausting trade fair day a big relief which saves precious time.
Baggage drop-off at the fair
The baggage service is available on selected fairs from 8 to 17 hours at the ‘City’ entrance area of the trade fair in Frankfurt. Passengers can check in their baggage there up to three hours before departure. This will then be transported directly to your destination. All you need to do is present your boarding pass for your return flight from Frankfurt with Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian or Brussels Airlines.
Online check-in at the trade fair
Passengers who haven’t checked in online or via their mobile can check in at the Lufthansa trade fair counter at the available laptops and print out their boarding pass on site.
