With the new SWISS First Welcome Service, the SWISS First experience continues seamlessly after the arrival of your long-haul flight in Zurich. When leaving the aircraft, SWISS First guests will be warmly welcomed and accompanied on their last leg of their journey – regardless of whether they arrive at an apron position, in Terminal B or in Dock E. Those who still have a connecting flight ahead of them will be driven in a modern vehicle to a separate security and passport control area with direct access to the new SWISS First Lounge A. If their journey is ending in Zurich, SWISS First guests can enjoy the short and comfortable journey to the baggage claim area. The SWISS First Welcome Service saves travellers a lot of time – and their travel experience is made even more pleasant not only in the air but also after their flight.
