Now you can really switch off on business trips and enjoy an even more relaxed night’s sleep – made possible by Lufthansa’s Dream Collection on selected long-haul flights over ten and a half hours flying time to and from South Africa and Latin America as well as to the West Coast of the USA.
The soft, padded mattress topper was developed especially for Lufthansa in cooperation with Paradies, the renowned German bed manufacturer. While the upper side is made of 100% cotton, the underside is made of non-slip terry cloth. This enables air to flow freely and prevents a build-up of heat. The new blanket and pillow have equally soft filling, ensuring welcome warmth and comfort. Both the blanket and the pillowcase carry Lufthansa’s new brand identity. Since Lufthansa is also setting standards in terms of environmental friendliness, the blanket’s plastic packaging has been replaced by a paper sleeve.
The Dream Collection will be introduced gradually on the rest of the long-haul flights. From June 2018, the Dream Collection will also be available on selected flights to Asia (departing Germany). The other long-haul flights will carry the new blankets and pillowcases from autumn 2018.
