From 26 April 2020, United will continue to improve its range of flights, and will be flying 16 times a day from Germany to the USA. A new addition is a second daily flight from Frankfurt to New York/Newark. Flight number UA75 leaves Frankfurt at 17:30 hours and lands in New York at 20:25 hours local time. The return flight is UA74 at 21:50 hours, landing in Frankfurt at 11:45 hours the next day.
On this flight United Airlines is operating a newly configured Boeing 767-300ER, which offers extra comfort. It has 16 additional United Polaris Business Class seats, all with direct aisle access. This brings the total number of seats in the premium cabin to 46. The aircraft also has 22 seats in United Premium Plus, 47 seats in Economy Plus and 52 seats in Economy.
The holistic Polaris concept enables passengers on board to sleep better, relax and work. This is helped by a high level of privacy, sleeping comfort and comprehensive service.
The innovative United Polaris Business Class seats and the United Premium Plus seats will be available from summer 2020 on every flight from Frankfurt to New York/Newark, San Francisco and Washington-Dulles as well as from Munich to Washington-Dulles. All United aircraft departing from Germany are also equipped with Wi-Fi, and seats in United Economy Plus have 15 centimetres more seat pitch.
More news: the next Polaris Lounge will open at Washington-Dulles Airport at the end of March 2020.
