For three months, Silvio Germann, Chef of the Year 2019, holder of 17 Gault&Millau points and a Michelin star, will be pampering long-haul passengers with his culinary creations. As part of the award-winning SWISS Taste of Switzerland culinary concept, SWISS and the ‘IGNIV by Andreas Caminada’ restaurant in the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz are presenting specialities from the St Gallen region. Whether it’s truffle mousse with egg and sautéed black cod fillet with seafood nage in SWISS First, or Balik salmon sashimi with dill cream and veal ragout braised in vegetable jus in SWISS Business, the tastes of Silvio Germann’s culinary arts are many-faceted, and are accompanied by a wide range of local cheese and wine recommendations.
