From 28 October 2019, United Airlines will be deploying a Boeing 777-200ER with 50 United Polaris® Business Class seats and 24 seats in the new United Premium PlusSM class on the two daily flights from Frankfurt to Washington Dulles International Airport. An aircraft of the same type will also be in service on the daily route between Munich Airport and the US capital from 7 January 2020. This means that United Airlines will be offering its customers departing from Germany the complete range of cabins on a total of six of the 15 daily connections – United Polaris® Business Class, United Premium PlusSM, United Plus® and United Economy®. A United aircraft will be equipped with the new premium cabins every ten days until 2020.
At the Washington Dulles International Airport hub, customers have the opportunity of travelling with United to over 70 destinations in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
Products and services on board
In addition to the newly designed seat, United Polaris® Business Class on board includes an enhanced range of food and beverages, Saks Fifth Avenue blankets and pillows, and an exclusive amenity kit featuring products by Sunday Riley.
In the new United Premium PlusSM travel class, passengers can enjoy a more spacious seat with more legroom, more freedom of movement and a greater angle of inclination, as well as a wider range of food and beverages than Economy Plus and Economy. Customers will receive an amenity kit and in addition pillows and blankets by Saks Fifth Avenue.
