Austrian Airlines is adding another destination to their flight schedule: from 2 June 2017 an Embraer will be flying three times a week to Gothenburg. The Swedish coastal city is not only an important business hub but is also considered a culinary hotspot with a rich cultural scene.
Austrian Airlines is offering a total of 21 flights a week to Stockholm and three weekly flights to Gothenburg, that is two destinations and 24 weekly direct flights to Sweden. Beginning in the summer timetable 2017 with Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm and Gothenburg Austrian Airlines has a total of four destinations in three countries in their Scandinavian service.
These flights to the Swedish university city are the perfect way for local traffic to connect Vienna with the business hub of Gothenburg. In addition, Austrian Airlines offers the best possible transfer connections within Austria as well as to Central and Eastern Europe. Austrian Airlines flies to Gothenburg every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The flight time to Sweden’s second-largest city is about two hours.
