The SWISS check-in area in Terminal 1 at Zurich Airport has been redesigned and upgraded with a clear design in the familiar SWISS style. This provides both optimum orientation and greater travel comfort for departing passengers of all travel classes. SWISS First Class passengers can also look forward to a modernised, exclusive check-in lounge.
The modernised check-in area is inviting and clearly laid out with design accents such as high-quality, light oak wood, familiar from SWISS lounges, and atmospheric lamps. The counter concept for groups, families and Business Class passengers has also been improved. Waiting areas have also been set up at the north and south portals of the terminal. Here, passengers can lean back in comfortable armchairs before passing the security check, regardless of their class of travel.
The check-in lounge for SWISS First Class passengers and HON Circle Members has also been completely modernised and offers an exclusive check-in service with plenty of privacy thanks to its separate access and discreet design.
