With numerous new and improved services, Lufthansa wants to make their guests’ lounge visits as pleasant and entertaining as possible. As well as general information about their upcoming trip, free LoungeNet brings lounge guests specific offers from Lufthansa and other cooperation partners. For example, you can download eJournals free of charge or check Miles & More information about earning and redeeming miles. In the section ‘LoungeNet News’, you can find out about new products and offers. In addition, via LoungeNet you can access relaxing yoga exercises which can be done easily in one of the lounge armchairs. The focus is on neck and back pain as well as exercises to prevent jetlag.
For several months, Lufthansa has been offering a free print and copy service in cooperation with Konica Minolta in all lounges in Frankfurt and Munich. As a lounge guest you can send your documents to print@lh-lounge.de and you will receive a PIN-code in return which you can use to print on selected printers in the lounges. This service is available at all lounges in Germany – and soon worldwide as well.
A popular way of passing the time enjoyably is the Spa Service in the Senator and First Class Lounge in Frankfurt’s departure area B. The Spa is operated by the CHI-MAS Institute and has special offers for business travellers who want to relax and take time out. Included are treatments such as manicure, pedicure, facials and various massages.
