10 exclusive Business and Senator counters

From now on, Austrian Airlines is offering its own Priority Check-in Zone at Vienna Airport. In this area, spreading across more than 300 m², Senators, Star Gold Card holders and Business Class passengers have altogether ten Senator and Business Class counters available to them in a separate area. The Priority Zone offers Business Class passengers and frequent flyers clear advantages: from now on, short walks and fast check-in are possible because via the Priority Zone they can reach the boarding pass and security control by the shortest route by means of direct access to the Fast Lanes.

Because of its proximity to the Austrian ticket- and excess baggage counters the Priority Zone connects all relevant check-in areas in a central position.

The new Priority Check-in Zone is situated in the departure area of Terminal 3 and features a white, streamlined shell with quotes from the world of aviation as well as aerodynamically twisted slats. Inside you will find baroque Austrian ornaments displayed in a modern way. The new check-in counters were built in cooperation with Vienna Airport.

  • Short walks and fast check-in with the Priority Check-in for Premium customers in Terminal 3 of Vienna Airport
  • Designated area spread over more than 300 m² with a total of ten Senator and Business Class counters – built in cooperation with Vienna Airport
