SWISS to fly to Osaka for the first time

With the entry into service of two new Boeing 777-300ERs, SWISS is making changes to its route network, and in 2020 will be expanding its long-haul network from Zurich to include non-stop services to Osaka. The Japanese city will be served from 1 March 2020. Flights can be booked with immediate effect.

With over 2.5 million inhabitants, Osaka is Japan’s third-largest city. It is an important economic centre and has a large commercial port. Osaka is the second SWISS destination in Japan after Tokyo. The route will be served non-stop by an Airbus A340-300 with over 223 seats.

Zurich–Osaka LX162 13:00 hours–08:45 hours Mon., Weds., Fri., Sat., Sun.
