With the 2020 summer timetable, business travellers will have the choice of new connections from Munich to the USA and India. The cities of Seattle, Detroit and Bangalore will all be served by the efficient, state-of-the-art Airbus A350-900.
The new connections in detail:
- From 1 June 2020, Seattle will be served daily except Thursdays. The flight takes off at 15:30 hours in Munich and reaches Seattle at 16:55 hours local time. The return flight takes off from Seattle at 18:45 hours and lands in Munich at 13:50 hours.
- From 4 May 2020, Lufthansa will be flying to Detroit in the state of Michigan five times a week – Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Departure is at 12:40 hours. Landing is at 15:45 hours local time. The return flight to Germany takes off at 17:35 hours local time. Arrival in Munich is at 07:45 hours the next morning.
- From 31 March 2020, Bangalore will be on the Lufthansa timetable five times a week – Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Departure from Munich is at 11:55 hours. Landing is at 00:05 hours local time on the following day. The return flight to Germany takes off at 01:45 hours local time. Arrival in Munich is scheduled for 07:30 hours.
